The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

"All was lovely, the food was particularly good and a pleasant surprise after some of the restaurants we had eaten at on our trip. The cottage was great, the linen very good, the swimming pool a great asset."

We would have liked to have been given sandwiches with the tea at 4pm. Slight disappointment!

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to the owner, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. "The property was set up in a mountainside town with lovely surrounding views. As we drove up to the place the sound of cows with bells lulled us in the background. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We stayed in a room with a porch off the bedroom. It was a very clean basic room. We were also very pleased that there was a heated inside pool available to use until 21:00. It was a very pleasant stay here. Dinner and Breakfast in the morning were very nice and the atomosphere was traditional. The restaurant attracted a good few locals so you know the place is good.. It was a lovely little quiet town and the people were all so pleasant. We were very happy to stay here and would highly recommend this place. Liechtenstein is such a small country and it was a treat to be able to stay here!"

"Hat eine super Poolanlage mit Schattenplätzen zum sitzen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen schmeckt gut. Die Zimmer sind gross, haben eine Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator. Das Gran Calao ist sehr kinderfreundlich."

"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.
