"Fantastic cosy apartment for an unbelievable price. Stayed here for 2 nights after snowboarding in Mestia for the season, before heading back to the UK. I love this street and stayed at a different place in Oct. This was the best price on booking for the 2 nights (apart from a hostel) and it was for an apartment! Fantastic value. It is a very cosy apartment with bathroom small kitchen (has a Moka pot too) and stove, fridge etc. Has a large double bed and a room with 2 singles. There is a lovely balcony outside and views to the mountains. Literally 6 mins walk to the fountain in the center and the main park. 10/10 A bonus! The owner has a new 4 month old chihuahua which is adorable and very friendly."

The address is easy to find and well marked, and communication with the host was smooth and quick. The place is very clean and offers easy access to the main points of interest. The internet connection was fast and stable throughout my stay. Good hot water pressure, reliable heating, no street noise, and no disturbances — I had a very restful stay."

"The exterior does not prepare your for the charming interior. Excellent location with a 5 min walk to tourist centre around the Colchis fountain. Really good and speedy communication from host Anna who was on hand to answer queries when needed. The spotlessly clean apartment is well equipped with all the required basics for a short stay. A newly installed shower is fabulous once you get the gang of operating it.😆 Thank you Anna for the best stay I have experienced in Georgia to date 🙏🥰"

"The guesthouse was very quiet, spotless clean, my room had a little kitchen and a private bathroom outside the room. The location is very good, quiet street just 2 minutes from the central square. I had everything I needed for my stay in Kutaisi."
